When a research project’s nature or complexity requires participants but additional material doesn’t need to be presented then a telephone survey is a highly efficient data collection method both in terms of methodology and techniques.
Telephone interviews are an interesting method due to the contact and interactivity with the participant, even if it’s from a distance. They also have the advantage of being less costly than a face-to-face survey, if only by the rapid succession of a large number of phone calls.

For this type of study all of our pollster’s telephones are equipped with CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) technology and are linked to a supervisor’s station, from where they can simultaneously watch and listen to an interviewer while the questionnaire is being carried out.
